Building a strong foundation is key to success in any real estate market.

But now we are finally ready to start a family and need the space for our home businesses, in-laws, etc.

I didn't buy it to rent it out and at the time of lease signing, the "known" person was a ready to move in tenant who was ok with taking the place without requiring new paint or this and that as many renters want when they look for a home to move into.

I own a business that builds modern, prefab tiny homes (or cabins depending on how you look at it), and I am looking for a market where I could set up a few of these to use as model homes, available as a STR.

I have each unit in the building with a unique rent rate, so even if the tenant does not have the teller enter a note with the deposit (they often do), I still know who the rent payment is from based on the amount. 

@Cody Coll I would definitely grab this if available - these are hard to come by right now so with these kind of terms I'd definitely try to lock in if your ready to go

My goal is to build a portfolio to hold and maintain for the long-term.

I will be doing this repeatedly to build my list of investment properties.

Using your dates for context in 2018 I wouldn't have been able to build $550,000 condos in the neighborhood but the existing housing stock continued to appreciate and reached a point where it finally made sense to build ground up condos at that price point.
