If it gets moved in the wall (let's say water hammer) it can fail....Also, it gets eaten by rodents that can sense (smell?)

I like the idea of working for someone to learn how to smell mold, see when joists are rotten, and know what is not safe just by feeling it in your bones.

I would challenge anyone to top the horrible smell at cat urine throughout the house on brand new laminate floors... ya know.. the ones you can barely breathe in, and can't see where it is,so you have to smell your way to it?

Now I hope that it didn't get into the sub floor because that amount of work will exceed her deposit and it smells pretty bad even though they mopped it before I got there.She knew I had a strict no pets policy and brought the dog in anyway then looked for a new place because she knew I would kick them out.

Yes milipitas had some bad smell due to landfill ..another thing to consider.san jose has more homeless and more crime...mipitas police force is nearly half of san joses ..tho milpitas is much smaller in size.
