900 sq. ft row home in philadelphia needs rehab
just curious, worst case scenario what the expected cost might be the rehab the mechanicals? im expecting to look at a property, the house only costs 10k, im guessing its a shell needing new electrical, plumbing...HVAC. im not even looking into kitchen, bathroom, rock, paint....im not considering that now...
the house is small, row home, i think there are studs and floors. but im expecting to possible update complete electrical and plumbing...
im a rookie here...any help would be appreciated. thank you
