How would you like to talk to 40 people a day and answer same questions every 10-20 minutes from 9am till 11pm. once in a blue moon you get couple calls at 2-3am.I think that prospects feel much more relaxed when they know that they do not have to talk to anyone.

Look at what's happened with books (amazon), misc junk (ebay), travel (numerous), and cars (also numerous sites.)

I tried all of the techniques that the books tell you - work with realtors; call the FSBOs; chase vacant houses; run a classifed ad.

2 years ago I read all the books most of you have or are now reading.
