My wife and I were real estate agents for a brief time several years ago so I know just enough to know I need to learn a whole lot more.I'm stoked about what the BP platform and community offers.

While living in Arizona, I met my beautiful fiancee, and since she was born and raised in California, we decided to move to California. 

Thanks to @Joshua Dorkin    for starting BP and his ongoing leadership in growing this community, giving us this platform of the reality of realty. 

CL is a powerful platform is used right, so think about who you want to market to and go after them today.

I'm amazed at how much there is here and still feel like I'm completely under-utilizing this awesome platform.

Could be dogs too.Normally my solution would be to put up a fence all the way around the back, but this is a lake so this will block the view.My backyard extends to a seawall, then from the seawall slopes a few feet down to a platform where a kayak, paddle boat etc... can be launched. 

Once you find the perfect platform, stick to it, and master it.

Regardless of price-point, I think it always best to take the extra time & effort to create a home that is beautiful and unique for the buyer.
