New member/investor in Little Rock (Central Arkansas)

Hello community,

New to BP and just venturing into real estate investing. I'm a corporate IT sort by day but looking to generate more piles and stream of cash. Plus I just think real estate is fascinating subject and want to understand it better.

I'm looking to start doing wholesaling until I get can muster some extra cash to also do buy and hold investing on SFRs. After some more time I may also venture into multi-unit and commercial. My wife and I were real estate agents for a brief time several years ago so I know just enough to know I need to learn a whole lot more.

I'm stoked about what the BP platform and community offers. Looking forward to the journey and meeting a lot of great people.

I live and work in Little Rock, AR. Looking for opportunities in Central Arkansas and Texarkana, AR (my parents live there).
