Potential Value (base on comps in area for 4-5 bedroom 2-3 bathroom house): $230,000 - $250,000 Est.

We have replaced the water heater, refrigerator and the bathroom vanity.

We use a 30 page word doc that outlines it all, everything from allowances on dirt work to the brand of toilet going in the bathroom.  

This house was a 3 bedroom/2bath (3 bedrooms/bath on first floor and 1 bathroom in basement).

Hi BP,I just bought my first rental property and need help finding a good contractor to remodel the bathroom I’m in the Savannah GA area, and also how much do I expect to pay for this type of job and or any tips are welcome :)

My wife agreed to the deal if we could renovate (carpets, paint, bathroom sub-floors, paint) before we moved in.

Repairs of about $15,000 (Texturing some walls, replacing all flooring, maybe new cabinets, one wall will need sheetrock installed, some new sections of hardy plank on the exterior, painting the exterior, some work in the bathroom such as painting and flooring)Our realtor claims that the selling agent won't budge on the price.

The duplex is 2 Bedroom, and 1 Bathroom in each apartment.
