I accidentally stumbled into one of those alternate lifestyle bars and a buddy of yours says hello. . .not that there's anything wrong with that.

We can all think of stereotypes about Italian neighborhoods, or the massive amount of bars in most Irish and Polish towns.

So as was mentioned bar of entry is pathetically low.you have folks that jump into wholesaling that frankly would be great business folks in any business they choose.. they just have the right stuff.. education  ability to communicate  sales skills etc etc.

This lender who is new to the scene as well as I am said they'd be interested but what would the terms be. 

Here in Denver, we have "Civic Center Eats" where they do this on certain days during the week throughout summer => http://civiccenterconservancy.org/and we have various bars/micro breweries around town that will call in food trucks to park outside the bar so they get around the restaurant laws.  

What would make the most scenes with the short term rental business is placing it under the hotel/motel laws and legislation.

So your bar cant be 100%.
