I need to take those baby steps that you already started a long time ago. 

Usually you have to baby sit more of these guys which means you really need to know what they are doing or else they will take advantage of you or perform sub par jobs.

A lot of food for thought, and it sounds like it really depends on the property and the lender.  

UC Health is building a hospital there and the town hall is talking to Whole Foods about a location there.  

If anyone looking for whole sale property I WILL FIND DEALS FOR FOOD....

But if you have a pool that's risk baby drowns etc etc. this is insurance that you need.Most litigation in Real estate is centered on the deal  IE buyer or seller suing each other for some act. or Partnership disputes..

and the financial collapse of the Great Recession, I decided to leave the toy industry.That led to a 5-year stint at as a Gourmet Food Buyer, which I enjoyed immensely, but couldn't see myself retiring from.

We recently joined the groups to maximize networking opportunities and we meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at La Palmera Mall Food Court from 11:00AM-12:30.
