BRRRR Question
Hello everyone! I have a newbie question related to Brandon's BRRRR strategy. If I pay cash for a SFR in Birmingham Alabama, rehab it, and rent it out, will I have to wait several months to let it "season" before I can refi and pull 80% out? In other words, does paying cash for the deal help me get around the seasoning requirement so I can go on to the next, or will I still have to wait some period of time before I can finance the equity out?
Thanks in advance to all you helpful folks that post here!

I've asked my mortgage guy this before. Makes no sense but yes you have to season the deal. However there is a deal a local guy can do called delayed financing. Basically paying cash with intent to finance. Pm me if you need info
