Hi @Nick Sandt The only way to obtain access to a regional MLS is to become a licensed salesperson or an assistant of one. 

@Prat ShThere are about a dozen CPAs on the forums who are active and can probably assist you.

Most folks are depositing claimant checks in their bank accounts using a POA,   I spoke to one Assistant Manager here in Cali and she stated that they would not accept a check  that was not endorse to me. 

We like to take a comprehensive approach with our clients to assist in all aspects in building a successful rental business including tax, legal, accounting, financing, SDIRA investing, and of course 1031 exchanges. 

He's not handy and doesn't live near the project to assist.

Hi ,section 8 is the name of a program that provides housing assistance vouchers to certain people who cannot afford rent on their income.  

(I just got the $75 fine removed which had been stuck in the 2 week delay while I addressed the 72 hour notice letter)Overall, be aware of the increased scrutiny and immediately communicate if you receive a letter from the city.I am happy to help if anyone gets a violation letter and needs assistance, I'm now on a first name basis with the Department of Neighborhoods :)
