I guess they will just sit there for the time being and I'll set up a new entity next time I buy a rental.My goal was really to keep the operational aspects of my business as simple as possible while maintaining flexibility... it appears that's a bit of a pipe dream, but two entities and two bank accounts is rather simple so that's ok.This does bring up one additional question.

I am simply not interested in doing something for money, if it doesn't have an aspect that I really enjoy doing.Later on I got into wholesaling vacant lots in a particular neighborhood that was a warzone in the '90's and the city tore all these decrepit houses down.
