when purchasing an existing Air BnB do the reviews stay with the address or would i lose them when the listing changes accounts? 

Is is a big safety hazard to plug a 5000 BTU air conditioner into a heavy duty 6 ft or 12 ft extension cord and then plug that extension cord into the wall? 

I’m not sure if it’s a great Airbnb market should I just base it off what I see on air DNA or just go with the rental. 

Can you have fresh air supplied.

@Nathanael Tinaya when looking at a historic home you'll want to call the town to see what renovations you can and can't do on the property, some of the rules that govern historic properties can be limiting in certain instances and can hurt you bottom line (ie. having to replace a slate roof) or ARV (not being able to update curb appeal or add central heat or air).Also with the seller finance portion make sure the terms don't ruin your deal, the balloon payment can wipe out your profits for years to come if its too high for instance so you may want to double check that the terms of the deal really make sense and to ensure you can cashflow for years to come with whichever method you choose

We are doing air bnb in our home and created an LLC.

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

This home is now a vacation rental that can be rented as the whole home, sleeping 8, or more if you do air mattresses, or each floor is indpendantly rentable on its own.

Also, any suggestions in general I will take ;) Thanks ahead of time.With your first one, or even first few STRs, you can easily self manage using just the tools that you find on the sites like VRBO and AIR.
