Address does not turn up in a property search and one page lists the business that was there quite some time ago. 

We were using Agentpro to skip trace properties and look up buyers and you used to be able to search with a partial address or if you only had the first part of the address and now you need to entire address to search.

The tenant found out who owned the property and my address was on the county records.

I would consult an attorney and probably talk to the wife and ask more questions about if this was addressed in their divorce or if their divorce is final. 

The city keep on failing  us for inspection and bring up new issues to address. 

As others have mentioned address the storage separately in the lease for an additional fee, and no to the boat, RV’s, etc.

I still believe the legal process to determine if the foreclosure was done correctly before they foreclose should be addressed. 

I will often print/include the most current Zillow “Zestimate” showing what your particular property address could rent for, according to Zillow.

If he does not pay his share of rent and doesn’t show up or contact me before the last day rent is due, can I send certified mail to the address and email him a notice that the lease is being terminated due to his nonpayment of rent?

Working with our 2 existing PM's I've made a very detailed list of what I must have from any PM I work with, PO's, estimates with attached photos of front of unit, posted address, and damage.
