ie. did the county acquire by some non payment of back taxes, have redemption periods expire, was the notification process done properly, etc.

When you acquire properties you are paying real estate agents and/or wholesalers to broker the sales.

I was wondering where people are having success acquiring their investment properties (mls, direct mail, wholesalers, online auctions, sheriff sale, tax liens, hedge funds, notes, community land bank or any others I have not mentioned).
