Do you guys use BP Smart Move for tenant screening?

That's not very helpful in mitigating damages caused to BP members who rely on SmartMove to provide accurate information during paid screenings, especially when said records are not only public record, but also readily accessible via the internet.Shame on you, especially for not being forthright about the shortcomings of your system when called out on it.

Absolutely agree...Which is why it's always interesting to revisit opinions after the facts are evident to determine whose opinions bore out and whose opinions were completely wrong.Only then do you start to recognize which opinions should be taken more seriously in the future...On the subject of the economy, it's those who have made accurate predictions in the past who now get my attention when they continue make predictions...and those people are few and far between...
