I'm positive it was built around the same time, if not before the main structure, as coachhouses often served as a temporary structure while the main one was built.

Some other stuff on the North Shore and in NH as well, and if you really like to network plenty of stuff south of Boston as well.

Do most bigger groups/portfolios use off-shore insurers for this?

I am nearby in Mechanicsburg so I focus mainly on the west shore...Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Lemoyne, Enola.
