There seems to be a path of progress moving south down Broadway.

I am also terrified by it and other very progressive thinking ideas of the sharing economy.  

Responsible people with steady work and well behaved kids and pets rarely have 550 credit scores, and people with 800 credit scores and steady jobs rarely have dogs that destroy the property and crap all over the house. 

I've focused my investment in North Central Florida which I'd classify as 'rural' even though it has seen steady growth over the years.

Here's my progress below.

Take a small deposit(for damages which they will likely do) and a pet fee(for the extra work they will require when they move out)Or you could make a nice steady profit off it.

It is one of those "boring" states if you will that are steady and turn out to be excellent places to invest.

Saved 20k, Put 30k into it, saw it's value increase by a 100k and now has held steady at a value of 150k above purchase.
