Otherwise, do a simple Google search to get smart on lead-based paint (I found this in just a few seconds: http://www.webmd.com/women/home-health-and-safety-...).Long story short, if you suspect there could be lead paint you need to have it tested. 

Not birddogging, but if they might want to offer on something and don't have time to drive there, take pictures, etc.Primary goals - building capital, learning the smart way to invest from a master ( I already know stupid as Michael Gerber put it).  

In fact, just look around at how many people are constantly distracted with screwing around on their smart phones.  

My favorite would be EASY but that's probably better suited for your main marketing.There is an investor in town that has the vanity xxx-BUY-SELL which I would say is pretty smart.
