I'd double check that it is a service dog vs an emotional support animal (pet with papers someone paid for online).What is the rationale for charging more rent? 

     When my wife and I first started into the real-estate adventure a couple months ago, we could not fathom the amount of support and mentor connections there would be by seasoned investors and even new investors starting out that give great "startup" advice.

I am using Texas Secure Title but I use the Ft Worth office and have a personal connection there so mileage may vary, but at least it is somewhere to start.

You have to go to the court online docket and physically type in their names to check for records.

Mostly look at online reviews and maybe search the BP forums for others experiences with the same company.
