Hi all,I'm wondering if anyone here has had success reaching out to occupants of a home that you have the tax lien certificate tittle?

Is there a way one can purchase a tax deed certificate or something along those lines even though the county isn't moving forward in the foreclosure?

I had gone to flight training in 1999-2003, and my plans were to get my certificates and ratings, and a college degree, and then go to the airlines.

For example, you cannot foreclose on a tax certificate in Colorado.

Go in and ask for a loan officer and you will quickly determine rates, amounts, and they will be more likely to be willing to just educate you on the process.Another difference is typically after completion and a certificate of occupancy is awarded you have to convert the loan to a traditional mortgage.
