Does anyone have a more budget friendly option? 

The going rate for private money is considerably more than 7% (generally 10-14% in 10/2024).

I put up one of my properties for sale and I received a verbal offer that I liked but the agent is asking if would be willing to accept 20% and interest only financing for 2 years.

In comparison to annual MLS dues, the cost of obtaining an NMLS license is negligible, and more importantly the value of expertise it provides  clients is net positive investment for time and expense.

I would like a home with a low interest rate-so I could rent out and cash flow-which he has. 

I have different loans and I want to know how they will affect my DTI 1.

Also what could I be getting myself into that I’m not thinking of or simply bypassing here..Who is expected to pay for this ordeal in this type of situation..and for what exactly?
