Yes, it takes time/money to skip trace the owners of the LLC, but it can be done! 

Last week i started an LLC for tax incentives and super excited to get the process going. 

I have my LLC in Virginia but trying to buy a property in Maryland, is it preferred tax wise to have another LLC in MD .

I am curious what state I pay income tax on for my LLC if it is out of state? 

Through an entity(LLC, LP, GP, Corp, Trust, etc) - Property is owned by the entity and there is a document indicating ownership of the entity.best of luck

I purchased a rental property in 2020 and started an LLC.

I have 3 seasoned SFH’s all paid in cash so no existing loans but I can’t find a lender willing to refi locally because they are all owned under LLC’s.

.):- 640 minimum credit score- At least 2 real estate investment transactions completed in the last 36 months (rentals, flips, construction)- Line of credit must be issued under a business entity (LLC, trust, corp, etc.)- Cannot be delinquent on any current mortgage obligations- Cannot be recently emerging from or entering bankruptcy- Must be a U.S.

Of course this opportunity comes with some obstacles i'll have to hurdle, one being that I need to find an experienced investor with a LLC to partner with on a deal in order to show the lender that I have experience so I could start receiving money for me to invest on my own.
