I have been working for the past few months and will continue to work as I understand my paycheck is the only source of income and only asset I have going for me.

The only properties I see for 50k are the ones I've sourced myself.

I am looking forward to get started with something within 100k to 120k range.I did research about some Turn Key investors around US.

A key parameter for someone just starting without a track record.

@Fabian OsorioThere are a number of different lead sources out there that sell lists including vacant properties. 

I wouldn't hand keys and alarm codes over in the first few months but if a guy shows up on time and sober and puts in an honest days work I'll give him a raise and responsibility no matter what his history.

Since each market has its own set of unique risks, selecting managers with deep knowledge of that market is key.
