Finding someone selling is another matter.When looking in those older areas be sure to carefully read the comments because there are lazy agents that list duplexes as SFH because they want the exposure but don't understand how to enter property in the income section of the MLS.

Legally speaking; A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.

You need to look at each situation individually and analyze it like you would any other financial transaction.
