Does anyone have experience or know investors that work in Gray Harbors County, Washington specifically Hoquiam city?

I am thinking about direct marketing or doing more dirty work and finding my counties' records and just contacting people. 

Hi @Nicholas Hamblen - there has been a migration to Williamson county because of more favorable taxes, and because of what @Dan Burstain pointed out regarding Apple.  

I’m looking more in Genesee county vs northern Oakland, not Detroit proper.

@Corben Briggs, if you want to stay in state, check out some areas in east and northeast San Diego County, parts of Riverside County, and Imperial County. 

Specifically, how is the Monroe County court system organized, and what are the ways to access Monroe County court records?
