If you would, please post an avatar of yourself and fill in some of your profile so that we can get to know your a little better.Since we do not know what state you are in, it is difficult to give any sound advice.I see a small red flag in that you feel overwhelmed by the number of threads.

You can see who the site participation leaders are on the stats page.It does look like we're having a few glitches on your profile for some reason (as you've got WAY too many badges), but we'll get that fixed ASAP.Jump in, post to the bulletins, vote on your favorite articles, post in the blogs, comment on the blogs, participate in the forums, and you'll have the opportunity to get yourself a badge, and even better, a chance to appear on the stats page, which is just extra visibility for you and your profile.
