send me on the right path

I am new to real estate investing and I am looking for someone to steer me in the right direction for more information on setting up a business. The forums I have read so far are great, but there are just too many of them. Any suggestions about a particular post or website would be greatly appreciated.

For information here are the business basics about the investments. We have investors willing to put up $500k for small lower end properties that can be purchased at auction currently for about $20k. My partner is a contractor, so that entity would be doing the rehab. We are looking to set up a PM company to handle the rentals. I know that we have a long way to go. Any guidance is appreciated.
