Has anyone here invested in real estate crowdfunding?

I successfully evicted my tenant with a court ruling in April.

The PO Box mainly won't get used but in future I plan to use the address with any tenents.   

It was overwhelming in it's success.

To add to what @Jonathan Greene wrote:1) Understanding the local market, so you know what Neighborhood Class your building is located in, what Class your Building is (condition & amenities), and what corresponding class of tenants will be attracted.2) Using all this data to properly set your expectations and a realistic ROI.3) How to better screen prospective tenants, including catching fraud, so your property performs better.

Fix/flip and wholesaling but mainly fix and flip in SF Bay Area.

At a high level based on what I'm reading, this may be one of those where you give your brother an ultimatum: work together as originally discussed, or you buy him out and call it a day.
