Looking to start diving into the cold calling/knocking game. Wanting to lean on some of fellow investors experience when it comes to technology that can help provide leads/ gain some insight into leads. Does anyone have any good experiances with sites like "propwire" or "deal machine" or any other intelligent skip tracing sites like these that you would suggest?
