Do you have any funds to contribute or property management experience to entice someone to bring in that kind of money?

Not too far from couple of universities and area surrounding is also growing with new development.I think for now I'll keep the tenants and contribute from whatever the difference between mortgage and rent is.

I have taken great pride in my work and feel that I have a lot to contribute to the real estate industry.

At this time I can contribute pre-tax dollars of roughly 23K a year into the SOLO.

I look forward to meeting everyone, learning as much as possible, and contributing in any way I can!!

The owner will contribute capital and take draws, but the property will keep records of all transactions because it is a commercial enterprise. 

I hope to be able to contribute in a similar productive way in the future.Currently, I work full-time in health care.
