New Investor in New Jersey

Hello to all!

My name is Alex and I live in the Essex County area. I’m new to the real estate investing game so wanted to reach out to the community. I currently own two houses. The first house is a two family home in Bloomfield, NJ that I purchased with my brother in 2010. I lived there with my wife and son on the second floor while renovating it until February of this year when we decided to rent it out and purchase our second, single family, home, where we now live. I am currently renovating our single family home and am preparing to continue my real estate endeavor. I have taken great pride in my work and feel that I have a lot to contribute to the real estate industry. I have the advantage of coming from a family that had numerous real estate deals while I was growing up so was able to absorb not only the construction part of renovations, but also the financial possibilities. I am eager to continue activities in real estate and feel I can be quite successful. Currently I do not have the financial means to invest in more than I have now, however, am anxious to use my skills to provide a service and get my foot in the door to the investment market. I’m looking to collaborate with individuals in the real estate industry and not only provide service, but learn the “ropes”. If anyone is interested please let me know. Thanks!
