IM located in PHX,az and would like to know the name of this deal scenario where buyer agrees to pay off completly sellers loan balance, for example , lets say seller owes $50k on a $350k home buyer agrees to pay seller that $50k and is the new owner of said home.

I have not used them for Ellis evictions but I would interview them if I needed help with an eviction.  

I used a local independent agent and when this was his best answer - I tried to shop for other options and came up empty so far. 

Gave that context as I have that as experience to guide me this time.

I strongly suggest engaging the services of a consultant or advisor to assist you with this matter.

So if you are thinking of diversifying into corporate, do not think this will happen overnight.
