Because of all of the factors mentioned above, I think that you may see a small correction in the area, but nothing like what will be seen in the surrounding areas of LA, Orange, and SF counties, however, it could be a great place to get your feet wet in being a landlord, and use the 1031 method to start exchanging yourself into financial freedom.
