The house is in very good condition, it needs new flooring throughout, complete kitchen and bath remodel, the two smaller bedrooms are getting new closets (currently no closets in them, so I guess they aren't technically bedrooms), a little work in the basement (it's somewhat finished and I just want to spruce it up), new windows, new entry doors, and a new concrete pad in the garage. 

if you have a great local Contractors on your list, I would love to have them....windows, floor, roof, paint, heat...etc.  

I provide inexpensive vertical or horizontal blinds for privacy on townhomes and condos just due to the nature of communal living, but no curtains.

We inspected through the windows and noticed there was construction that had been halted at some point, probably 2-5 years ago.

Today I drove by the house again to take some pictures and look at it from the side and I noticed an open window which I could see the back door was open so I'm assuming people have been inside and there's at least some water damage.  

Its 10 minutes from my house, its the ugliest house on the street, next door neighbor has same exact duplex redone, new windows and new siding.

I looked at a place in Pittsburgh decent neighborhood seemed to be a pretty good wholesale deal listed at 29900 from pic's when I got there probably a few squatters living there at the time destroyed a lot mostly cosmetic told wholesaler would not be interested in the property at that price in that condition offered 20000 he responded if I can renegotiate I might get 21 or 22 thousand I told him 20000 is my number and he assured me squatters would not be an issue 2 weeks go by he calls yesterday and tells me I can have it for 20000 I go back over to property only to see that there have been squatters in the house also 2 windows broken that were not broken before house is dirtier than before and a slight bit of more damage than before I give him a call told him I offered the price I felt comfortable with based on the condition of what the property was in.
