Hey guys I'm Dre Alston,16 and from Nc I have been looking into Real estate investing and wanting to pursue a career in that field when i get legal age (18) but me being so eager i was looking for ways to get into it early and i was looking at wholesaling house's i know that you don't need a real estate licence to do this but considering my age is it possible for me to do right now?

I have been seeing a lot of properties towards the end of south shore, with the same proximity to the lake front if not closer but a bit further from the golf courses and upcoming presidential center, more towards 79th street.

It's like any other career... if you take on a protégé, you're taking away from your own production, which takes money out of your pocket.Personally, I believe any trainee should sign a contract to work at the supervisory appraiser's firm for at least 1 year after gaining his/her license.
