Sometimes not getting into a bad deal is as good or better then getting a decent deal.Right now you have to look constantly for a property that the numbers work on, whether it's multifamily or single family.If it's a duplex on the MLS reach out to me before you pull the trigger.

They clearly have turned their life around.The tricky one is the credit score, which is something that is becoming harder and harder to relay on as more people have debt.And besides all of this, a good management company will have other ways to screen tenants besides these extremely basic ones so really only poor managers will struggle.

And finally Lender D said I can close with my name and transfer to an LLC, but this may trigger a taxable event, the bank may call the loan (like Lender B said), or an increase in the rate from residential rates to commercial rates may take place or may not even allow the title transfer to an LLC.
