wholesaling out of state

Roee Hazut
Posted

question:

1) As a wholesaler do I need to do inspection after I have gotten the property under contract ?

Or the cash buyer that is buying the property from me does the inspection ?

2) How to wholesale in other states without being able to see the properties

Any good advice or tips for managing wholesaling business in other states ?

Thanx in advance.

@Roee Hazut to answer question #1 in your local market you should walk the property to get a clear idea of what rehab is needed. You have an inspection period but you will not conduct a formal inspection with a inspector. Your end buyer will also walk the property the majority of the time.

#2 you dont have to walk the property when your virtual wholesaling, but you need to have someone to walk the property to confirm the condition. They can just walk the property and take a video or pictures.

I virtual wholesale and it is easier than you think. The key is having strategic partners to help you in your virtual market.

Hope this help "Enjoying The Journey"
