The technology is inherently disruptive.We are also not going to move the day or year after tomorrow to a system where traffic is all computer-controlled by a massive expert system constantly improving its performance and in which people are not allowed to drive their own cars, which are all purpose-built to maximize space and comfort for passengers and minimize space and comfort for autonomous drivers.

Walmart is testing a service where they will bring groceries directly inside your home even when you aren't home. http://money.cnn.com/2017/09/22/technology/future/...It might sound weird now..but I could see things like that almost being second nature in the future.

Also I don't require it, but if they are a contractor or are good with their hands that is a big plus in my books.I buy my houses cash usually, since my properties never cost me more than $45k, I could imagine that securing a mortgage for such a low priced property would be difficult. I
