I've always been cautioned by realtors to not be aggressive in lower bids as "you don't want to insult anyone" but maybe that strategy doesn't apply as much here?

Some of my best strategies have been:- Home Depot parking lot early in the morning- new subdivisions, new trades on display every day- local REIA clubs

I believe this must have been discussed multiple times over the years. and I don't want to reinvent the wheels. looking for guidance or pointer how to start.not sure whats the name of this strategy. 

There is another Startup from Austin similar to Reonomy but they provide data on API basis. reached out to them and lets see what they say. 

I am not sure how to handle this - can I give them contacts of a plumber and say a locksmith and have them reach out to them and address the urgent issue.

Depending on your investment strategy, you could definitely have a property cashflow right away.

Likely this will die down and he won't reach out as often.
