If anyone knows of an investment fund or a lender that would finance these, we can sell them all day.

HELOCs on investment properties only allow 75% CLTV. 

I'm thinking about offering an owners' rep service for folks who want to invest from out of state but want an independent opinion from their broker. 

It's semi black box investing.
