Since everything else is checking out and there is steady income, I would ask for first, last and security to make you feel better.

When i first relocated stayed at Extended Stay (Hotel) and noticed nextdoor was literally open door hosting orgies all night all weeklong; obviously quiet enjoyment was null til got out of there as the hotel was apparently okay with it as the steady line of visitors to the room didnt stay all night maybe just an hour at most each!

If they want long tern steady income they do provate lending.Normally they have to build a track record in order to attract borrowers, which also gives them time to learn the ins and outs of lending. 

I doubt their baby's heat rash was caused by temperatures in the 80s because the majority of the world population puts up with hotter temperatures their entire life.

Thus, I stick to my buy box, continue to hold steady and keep on throwing fair offers out there.

The midwest has been pretty steady as a market, not crazy like Phoenix, San Diego, Seattle, Miami etc. so don't worry too much in the modwest.

So, I want to buy a property for cash, house hack and live in one of the units while renting out the rest, so a slow but steady way to more wealth.
