The only contact information I had left was Terrance Burner's and when I reached out to him, it started a month's long conversation of me basically begging him to do what they said they would do.

The idea is to understand how to make the financing work on my end and come up with some budget then start approaching land owners with a set plan/offer to see if any of them are willing to sell.Need some creative ideas from some experts to help me understand how I could make something like this happen.

@Isaac Joseph if you experienced lots of theft with previous PMC, then learn to better manage your managers.Try to think of everything that can go wrong and then figure out how you can monitor relatively easily.Doing this will probably be a whole lot easier than trying to start your own PMC.

Maybe that is more than your earnest money, but I would start with the earnest money.Hope it all works out to your satisfaction.

The sooner you can buy and the more you can buy the better off you are  I am starting off renting in SLC, and will begin my search for a new property, likely to live in for 1 year and then LTR it.
