Excited to start my investing journey and eventually getting my agent license.

Purchase price: $352,000 Cash invested: $70,000 This is my second ever new construction development!

I understand that reading is valuable, which is why I'm curious to know which book you would recommend for a beginner like me to start with.I have yet to buy my first property but my goal is to house hack every year,  while buying and renting properties to hold long-term until my portfolio brings more cashflow than my W-2 job.

Some will give you the numbers, some will want to look at the property and may or may not charge a fee for the service.I will say, if you start bringing more business to a contractor and develop the relationship, they are more likely to help you out and walk the property with you.

And just starting my education on REI.

In Indiana, it's 28 days, but I think that is the general cut off because the guests would start having tenants rights after that mark. 

Are they on the hook for 30 days of rent starting from when they called me, or since their lease ends in two days are they good to go without any additional fees? 

I’m planning on renting to the tenants for another four months or so while I start working on getting the permits for a major remodel.

My cabin is in a better location of Sugarloaf, it's walking distance to national forest, over 1k square foot home, and the lots across the street aren't developed so it feels less crowded. 

Basically a mentorship so I can learn the ins and outs of getting started.
