Hi all,I am hoping to start my real estate investment journey and can't decide between either co-buying my first real estate property in LA vs buying an out of state investment property.

Once you’ve found that perfect real estate investment to start off your passive investing journey, there are some simple steps that you’ll want to follow to complete the transaction.

But first use a spreadsheet and "Chart out" your journey.
