NEW TO BP - hungry to serve, learn, and make money

hi all,

I moved back to the midwest with my wife -- we just had a baby -- from NYC  where I brokered hundreds of deals between landlords and tenants over the last 3-4 years. My experience here is ripe and I've seen a lot. Happy to provide insight and strategy in the rental space.

I'm a realtor for residential sales now in the Indy market. This is a much much different atmosphere and market, so I'll likely make use of this space to ask questions and grow. Any resources you'd point a "new agent" to? It feels like starting over, which is the absolute hardest thing to do in real estate.

I have been tinkering around BP for a year or so in the background -- using this space as a search engine -- but I'm finally engaging in the community-aspect, which is impressively concise in its mission and rich with participation. I'm happy to be here and learn with/from you all.

Peace and prosperity in the new year to you,

Josh
