The parcels are mostly rural vacant land.Our software is in three separate modules 1) Manage the inbound acquisition inquires (CRMish) and the acquisition process. 2) During that time engineering completes maps and other graphics and files to get it ready to sell.3) Then sale and then post sale payment management.Do any of you folks use an out of the box program that brings you into the 21st century?

Any help and/or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Long story short, I calculate it myself for each payment that comes in and book it to a Discount Earned account in the accounting software (QB in my case).

I currently own a remodeling company but I am considering just starting an Investment Firm....Im lost can you guys give me some tips on how to obtain funds with me having credit issues or how to obtain someone to invest in me?

I avoid BOA, 5th 3rd, etc like the plague.One last note: I used a checkwriting software called Check Launch.

I'm asking for any tips to find these (motivated sellers).
