Instead of replaceing the windows I thought about just repairing them if the windows are still in good shape and they just need alittle fixing up paint wood puddy maybe a weight fixed. what is everyones thoughts about trying to save the windows.

Managing our current house from afar, if we do relocate, doesn't really concern me because we have friends who could do repairs on an as needed basis, and the house is relatively trouble-free.

The problem with parks that have park owned units is you pay more for the property because of the income stream the park owned units produce.Pencil out what you would make should you sell the park owned coaches at say 10-12% interest figuring you will get some of them back and will be able to re-sell after repairs.

There is quite a lot of money expended out for things like water, taxes, insurance, repairs, overhead, upkeep, mortgage, etc. that all comes out of the monthly rents.
