Great tip for finding those GCs is to find a house being sold by Zillow or Opendoor, call them and ask who did the renovation, those companies already did all the work to find GCs that are willing to give good prices for volume work.It’s been my experience in Austin that GCs that do high volume work de-prioritize small residential remodels, so you’ll be waiting months for your project to be finished.
