Shovel, salt, repeat...Mother Nature is not a reliable PM.  

And I had no network with any reliable handymen at the time to try and negotiate costs with.  3 years later and I've finally paid down that debt and developed a network.

My goal is to flip some properties to get some $$ saved so I can eventually get a few rentals under my belt and have (semi) reliable income yearly.

And between the cost to get a unit online (deposit, Furnishings and hold time till bookings come in Reliably) most people never can or do take the leap. 

A family partner can be pretty awesome, but many people have hurt family relationships because of business, so I'd only recommend it to others if both family members have a high level of integrity, reliability, and drive, and if you have a rock solid relationship.

@Nic StergionHi Nic, thank for the comment, You are right, that is my plan, while I’m working overseas the turnkey options fits me well, the only thing now is that I have to find a good and reliable company that does that, and then after that be back in the states in 2 years if not before to be more involved with my investments, so basically i think my first 2 - 3 deal I will be working with turnkey after that I will switch to traditional.

Can anyone refer me to a reliable home inspector that is diligent and charges a reasonable amount?

Lots of people are doing well, and our appreciation is pretty reliable.

-"everyone does it" has rarely ever been reliable advice, ask anyone who has ever used that as an excuse with someone suing them, a bank, the SEC, the IRS, how that went!

@Dakota Wilde, are you finding tenant cloud reliable?
